Claim Showing by Owner with 1-day test lease. $500.- down nonrefundable deposit. I will travel to the claim/s we agree on and show them to you. This proves you are serious about buying a claim. It covers my expenses for travel, lodging, meals, etc. This allows you to see the claim with me personally for a day. If you buy a claim within 30 days after this showing, I will deduct the $500 deposit from the total claim price. If you don't buy the claim within 30 days, you forfeit the deposit to me. I'm trying to be fair and reasonable, at the same time protecting the claim for myself or whomever buys it. You wouldn't want to buy a claim that has been dug and ravaged by many people.
Please Specify the exact Date: ONE (1) day ONLY! ie, Sat Aug 21, 2025 etc. Void if you state more than one day or a timeframe.  You must state ONE DAY ONLY.  Any violation voids the purchase and you forfeit the payment.  THANK YOU.  If you have any questions or need help, CONTACT ME HERE by using the contact form.
