I have the following claims for sale. I've taken up just about all the remaining open gold ground in the Custer area. There's only a small number of claims available, most of the ground is already claimed up. When these claims are sold, there probably won't be many more, if any at all, unless old claims are abandoned or forfeited. All of the other ground is claimed by F3Gold, the lithium companies, or a handful of private individuals. We're still prospecting in a few areas. HOW TO VISIT AND TEST THE CLAIMS

My claims are not open to collecting, digging, etc. No digging, testing, etc., without my written permission. I would be happy to show you any claim I have for sale free of charge if I am already in the Black Hills without a prior appointment. I am there quite often during the summer months, sometimes every week, or two, normally on weekends, but I also have been there during mid-week also. If I am in the hills and not already showing a claim, I have no problem showing you a claim at no charge. On the other hand, if I have to travel to the hills to show you a claim, I am going to have to cover some minimal expenses and require you to show me that you are serious.

I am going to be listing the claims with photos, general area info, and historical info without giving out too much info. This is because I have a dilemma in publicly disclosing coordinates, serial number, claim name, etc. These claims have gold and real values. I don't want everyone online finding out where they are because, unfortunately, in the past I have had people think that they can just go out and dig without permission and ravage the claim/s we've had and offered in the past in Nevada and elsewhere. That's not going to happen with any new claims that I have. I can't be on all the claims at once. If you are serious about getting a REAL gold claim, you will understand what I am saying. The price of gold keeps going up, and I can't take damage or loss from the claims. In order to preserve the claims value, I am offering the following:

1 day Test Lease w/ Claim Showing by Owner. $500.- down nonrefundable deposit. I will travel to the claim/s we agree on and show them to you. This proves you are serious about buying a claim. It covers my expenses for travel, lodging, meals, etc. This allows you to see the claim with me personally for a day. If you buy a claim within 30 days after this showing, I will deduct the $500 deposit from the total claim price. If you don't buy the claim within 30 days, you forfeit the lease deposit to me. I'm trying to be fair and reasonable, at the same time protecting the claim for myself or whomever buys it. You wouldn't want to buy a claim that has been dug and ravaged by many people. CLAIM LEASES/SHOWINGS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING WINTER MONTHS DUE TO SNOW AND ICE. Once the first good snow hits and winter sets in, claim leases/showings will cease until spring time....

I will send you the coordinate/s and access info for the claim you are interested in, and you go there yourself and will have testing rights for ONE day. I will not be present to show you the claim. I can answer any questions by email or phone. This proves you are serious about buying a claim. This weeds out the claimjumpers and highgraders from the serious buyers. If you buy a claim from me within 30 days after this, I will deduct the $250 deposit from the total claim price. If you don't buy the claim from me within 30 days, then you forfeit the lease deposit to me. About Federal Mining Claims

Federal unpatented mining claims give you the exclusive rights to the mineral deposit claimed, lode or placer. The mineral deposit and type claimed is YOURS and nobody else has the right to dig, remove or interfere with any of it. However, you do not own the land and you can't build a house or cabin. You own the minerals and the right to extract them. You also have a right to reasonable access and to work your claim (hand tools only unless you get a plan/notice). If you do more serious work, you may need to file a plan or notice with the Forest Service. Other people have the right to camp or hike across your claim so long as they are not interfering with your mining operation and activity. Most placer mining, panning, sluicing, detecting (and even some lode digging) does not need a plan unless you are using heavy equipment, causing significant surface disturbance, or staying on the claim for longer than 14 days in any 60 day period. You can camp on your claim without a notice or plan for up to 14 days in any 60 day period (link/info HERE). Most people go out to their claims on the weekends or a few trips annually. ALL MINING CLAIM SALES:

We handle the entire transfer process to you. We will file the transfer with the County and the BLM State Office. Most states, except California, have no transfer tax on federal mining claims, and by purchasing a claim from us, you allow us to sign an exemption on your behalf filed with the transfer at the county level saying it is exempt (except California). Once we file the transfer of the claim to you, it will be your responsibility to maintain it. All mining claims we sell have the annual BLM Maintenance Fees paid up to the next coming September 1st. The mining claim you buy can be held in perpetuity, or forever, so long as you pay the annual $200 per claim BLM claim maintenance fee on/before September 1st every year. If you don't pay this fee, you will lose your claim and BLM will close the claim, at which time anyone else can relocate and file on it...
