Claim Test opportunity by Buyer Only. $250.- down nonrefundable deposit. I will send you the coordinate/s and access info for the claim you are interested in, and you go there yourself and will have testing rights for ONE day. This proves you are serious about buying a claim. This weeds out the claimjumpers and highgraders from the serious buyers. If you buy a claim from me within 30 days after this, I will deduct the $250 deposit from the total claim price. If you don't buy the claim from me within 30 days, then you forfeit the deposit to me. Again, I'm trying to be fair and reasonable, at the same time protecting the claim for myself or whomever buys it. Please NOTE also:  ​CLAIM LEASES/SHOWINGS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING WINTER MONTHS DUE TO SNOW AND ICE. Once the first good snow hits and winter sets in, claim leases/showings will cease until spring time....
