Gold Lode Claim #1, MGM, near Custer, South Dakota.  20.66 acres, 1500 x 600 feet.  Forest Service dirt road access to claim.  Old workings.  Tailing piles.  Lots of Quartz veins on the claim.  A famous old claim.  Rather secluded area.  Discovery dates back to about 1899.  Underground workings are gated/barred or capped by USFS but could be reopened.  The largest gold nugget in the southern black hills was found here in ____.  Was heavily worked, the area was remediated many years ago.  There's still MORE gold here.....  We took a number of samples that we plan to have assayed independently over the winter.  If they come back like I think they will, this price on this claim will likely go up considerably.  This one right now should be priced at $10k-$15k.
